Tolin & Morrison was founded by James W. Tolin III and K. Alice Morrison a few years after they graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law. After graduating from Wake Forest, Mr. Tolin began a solo practice in Winston-Salem focusing primarily on criminal defense. Ms. Morrison worked for a firm in Clinton, North Carolina doing primarily domestic and collections work. Mr. Tolin and Ms. Morrison began working together in February 2008.
