Located right off Interstate 65 in Pelham, Alabama, we have been professional venison processors for over 20 years. All we need is your deer meat to make wonderful link sausages, burgers, tenderized steaks, smoked stuffed bacon wrapped backstraps, venison snack sticks, summer sausages, fresh market sausages, fresh market patty sausage, Salisbury seasoned burger, and more! We vacuum pack and pressure pack your products in small, convenient packages to ensure you have a quality product when you pull it out of the freezer months from now. EVERY order is important to us, and we sincerely appreciate your business!
For bow season, we are open 9am-1:30pm and 3:30-7pm MON, TUES, WED, and FRI (We are closed for lunch from 1:30-3:30 during the week, and closed all day Thursday.) Saturdays we are open from 9am-7pm, and Sundays we are open 10am-7pm. We do not close for lunch on weekends. If you need to come during our lunch hours please call us before hand, and if we can be there we will by appointment.
Gun season hours are Mon-Saturday 8am-8pm, Sunday 10am-8pm. call before 8 if you are running late. Please be sure to call an hour ahead to schedule your pickup, thank you!
