Glenmark's normal jobsite duties include packaging several scopes of work together:
• light and heavy gauge metal framing
• wood stud framing
• insulation, fire stop
• gypsum board assemblies
• acoustical ceilings
• hollow metal and wood door with associated hardware
• plaster work and EIFS
No job is too small and no job is too big as we employ a large well-trained work force and have both a shell and tenant finish division to accommodate our customer's needs.
Glenmark Construction Company is a merit shop operation and has been a proud ABC member since 1993, along with being a Platinum Sponsor for 5 consecutive years. Glenmark is also, a MICCS certified member which enables us to work on high profile projects with intense safety requirements.
We are an EIMA member and certified in the application of Sto, Senergy, Parex, and Dryvit.
Glenmark has proudly participated in the construction of 2 or more homes a year, going on eight years for Habitat for Humanity.
Glenmark was awarded first place winner in the 2009 ABC Awards contest for Outstanding Craftsmanship on the St. Malachy Catholic Parish in Brownsburg, Indiana.
